Negotiation, Tactical Team Help Resolve Barricade Situation Safely In Maryland

Crisis negotiators in Maryland were able to safely resolve a barricade situation early on Thursday morning in Owings Mills, a spokesperson for the Baltimore County Police Department announced.

At approximately 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, first responders were called to the 400 block of Doe Meadow Drive for a barricade situation, though investigators have not disclosed the nature of the incident.

Members of the department's Crisis Negotiation and Tactical Team responded to the scene and worked quickly and the situation was resolved before 9:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, officials said.

No other information about the incident was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department.
